Along with this I have 4 varieties of Tomato ( Roma, Big Boy,Beefsteak and German)3 types of Peppers( Green,Banana,and Jalopena) I also have Herbs( Dill,Chives,Parsley,Savory) Greenbeans, Corn, Brussels Sprouts and Squash.

Also, does anyone know of any good sites that can show me step by step how to can and other recipies for the above type veggies? I would appreciate any help as this is my 1st time with such a large garden and I do not want to lose my harvest. Thank you!
