it smells to much like onions
Anything I can do to lessen the onion smell/taste? will the onion smell get less with more cooking, maybe?
Thanks in advance

flyingdog asked:

I have a 500gm/1.1lb. boneless pork loin I want to roast, if I get in the door around 5.45 can I have it on the table by 7? This is for tomorrow so I’m prepared to marinate it overnight, as well as peeling veg preparatory to roasting.
I’ve never made a pork roast before – any tips, and especially, your favourite recipes? I’ll make the crackling separately (cooking the roast with the skin detached but left on top to keep it moist, but then turning up the heat and blasting the skin only while the meat is resting) because I’ve never really been keen on it, and my boyfriend doesn’t like fatty meat so probably won’t eat it either.
But yes: how do you make your pork, what makes it special, what would you recommend? I’d prefer not to have to buy extra ingredients – I have a fairly good range of ingredients in the kitchen though.
