Seed Plower asked:
Hi, I’m very hungry but currently have a major cashflow problem.
My larder is totally bare, but I must eat. The plan is to hack off one of my own wings and cook it up…. hell I can survive with only the one, I can’t fly anyway.
Does anyone have any tasty recipes for chicken wing please? The last time I cooked up chicken I made a mess of it and it tasted fowl! Thank You.

If you like spicy, you will love this recipe. And it is low in fat because you bake it.
Chicken wings
seasoning salt to taste
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp butter
Pam
Put chicken wings in ziploc bag. Sprinkle seasoning salts on chicken. Pour flour over chicken and shake to evenly coat.
Spray pyrex dish with Pam evenly coating sides and bottom. Place chicken in dish and bake in oven at 375 degrees for about an hour or until evenly browned.
Over medium heat, melt butter and add hot sauce. Brush over browned chicken and place back in oven for 5 minutes. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
Enjoy!!
