gidget asked:
I think I’d choose a veggie burger over a hamburger 9 times out of ten now. I t has me wondering what else I should try. Any suggestions? Or any recipie ideas?
That’s so funny that someone mentioned chorizo, because that is one of my fiance’s specialties. Chorizo, scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. He probably won’t go for soy chorizo…unless I trick him…hmmm…

i am not a vegetarian but didn’t grow up eating a lot of meat at home and have had several vegetarian roommates…so i love morning star
soy pepperoni is eerily realistic- excellent!
also, i use soy crumbles (still even without veggie roomies) instead of ground beef for casseroles, etc. (they aren’t excellent in tacos, coincidentally- too much stir-frying makes them fall apart a bit)
they also do great chicken nuggets!

There is soy chorizo that is awesome. It is usually in the produce section. Get some and try it in a breakfast burrito.

Morningstar Corn Dogs – they actually taste like corn dogs made with meat.
