I just saw a feature on that restaurant on either the travel channel, or on the food network. I can’t remember which, but if you go to their websites, you can check archived material through a search. From there, they often give out recipes mentioned on their shows for free. Or, you can email them requesting it. Good luck…those veggie burgers looked amazing!

You can’t find the recipe on the Internet. Not even on the travel channel website.
I called the restaurant and she said it was their secret recipe. Maybe you can e-mail the restaurant and beg for the recipe!
The owner told me she would maybe put it in her second cookbook.
