No preservatives, no artificial junk, and no urgh! binders, just real, frozen food. Just don't think about moving the patties for at least 15 minutes once it's on the grill, otherwise you'll have veggie crumbs.

Morningstar makes alot of vegan choices as well and I belive Boca burgers makes vegan burgers as well. Morningstar I know more than Boca bugers, and they are pretty healthy. In weight watcher points a typical burger is only 2 points. and have at least 10 grams of protein (i want tosay some have 17 but I am notsure) ask your local food store. if they dont have them in stock they may special order them for you. my store did rtaht for me
