I want to get some veggie burgers, but I do not know which is the healthiest brand. I want the veggie burgers to be a substitute for protein since I do not eat meat.

I also don’t want the veggie burgers to have eggs in them. Anybody know a brand of veggie burgers that is really healthy and doesn’t have any eggs in it whatsoever and the store where I can find them?

morning star farms I dont think has eggs in them……and you can get them pretty much everywhere in the veggie food frozen part of stores Fred Meyers carries ‘em. and I think even Super Walmart does too. its called a griller. and the regular kind is the best

Jusst check the back of the box. Morningstar makes alot of vegan choices as well and I belive Boca burgers makes vegan burgers as well.
Morningstar I know more than Boca bugers, and they are pretty healthy. In weight watcher points a typical burger is only 2 points. and have at least 10 grams of protein (i want tosay some have 17 but I am notsure)
ask your local food store. if they dont have them in stock they may special order them for you. my store did rtaht for me

Dr. Praeger’s Veggie Burgers, I’ve found them in the frozen food section at Costco.
No preservatives, no artificial junk, and no urgh! binders, just real, frozen food. Just don’t think about moving the patties for at least 15 minutes once it’s on the grill, otherwise you’ll have veggie crumbs.

Boca carries a no-egg veggie burger. It says Vegan on the label.

Boca has good vegan burgers that are heathy, as well as Amy’s!
