  1. Veggie burgers are available all over the place, they’re made primarily of soy.

  2. Most veggie burgers are made of soy. some actually include vegetables in addition to soy.

  3. you can buy them at walmart, they are called Boca burgers. They are often made from a soy product, which is a small flavorless bean and then they add flavorings to it so it dont taste like cardboard. As a side note, their nutritional value is about that of cardboard. make sure if you switch to vegan, you take vitamins to supplement the ones you are missing from not eating meat.

  4. yeah, the ones from wal-mart are great!
    i love them.
vegan burgers are pretty good too, but they are basically the same thing.

  5. The main ingredient is called (TVP) textured vegetable protein. They crush the oil out of soybean to make it. The other ingredients are mostly to give them a meaty flavor and help hold them together.

You can buy them at supper-walmart

  6. You can by them all over the place, though there’s usually a huge variety in how they’re made, and what ingredients are used.

You can also make them, with pretty much anything, including beans, chickpeas, lentils, mashed pumpkin, TVP, tofu or nuts. You should be able to easily google up some recipes.

My favorite my mother used to make me when I was a kid (when we couldn’t get to a supermarket), was a cup of walnuts, a cup of breadcrumbs and a cup of cheese, mixed together with an egg and some tomato paste and fried. They were so tasty.

  7. they have breadcrumbs usually around them, with a cream type substance in it, with mixed types of veggies in them.

I don’t really like them, but I tried them a few times, and they were ok. :)
