GDRock asked:

My great grandmother, from Germany, passed down this incredible recipe for Ochsenaugens. These are a walnut-tasting cookies that are filled with raspberry preserves and are absolutely delicious. My grandmother had these little individual pans she used to bake them in. They look almost like mini bundt pans (about 2 inches wide), but the depression in the middle is very slight, just enough to add a teaspoon of jelly.

I would love to continue the tradition and started making them myself, but the pans have all disappeared from my grandmothers cupboard (unfortunately she’s got serious alhemizers disease and has begun “hiding” things of sentimental value that no one can find). Does anyone know where I could find such a mold–I would be forever grateful.

I’m also willing to post the recipe for others to share. You can get very tasty molds by dropping them and poking a depression with your thumb, but the delicious crispness from the metal mold is lost.
