depending on the size of your slowcooker and how many for a small slowcooker this recipe is great! (1.5l) But if yours is 3l just double the recipe =)

1.5 Pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 large onion,chopped
3 carrots, cut into half inch pieces
2 ribs celery, cut into half inch pieces
3 medium potatoes cut into chuncks
    1/2 28ounce of canned tomatoes
1 10ounce cans of beef broth
    3/4 Teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon dried parslet flakes
    1 bay leave
    3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 of a teaspoon of pepper
    1,1/2 tablespoons of cooking tapioca

    COOK AT: LO for 8-10hours
    HI for 5-6 hours
    AUTO for 6-7 hours

stirl every few hours and remove the bay leave before serving =) hope you enjoy it..x

PS: once youve made this recipe you can change the ingredients to what suits your fancy =) experimenting is allways fun and tasty..x

  2. I love the new weight watcher pumpkin muffin recipe its only 3 pt a muffin and uses 3 ingredients

1 box of yellow cake mix
1 regular can of puree pumpkin not mix
    2 eggs

Mix together and fill sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

I dust mine with powdered sugar and my sister drizzles cream cheese frosting over hers for added flavor but they are good just like they are.
