you can fry it up and when it’s really brown squeeze fresh lemon juice on it and add some cabbage and a little water and cover until the cabbage is soft…or you can make some chile sauce(hot sauce) and fry it with that
i usual slow fry til it browns,then i put it as a side dish w/ a salad,water some A-1 sause down til it thins,add it next to pork,for dipping,in asmall dish or bowl
