You can make chicken Parmagiana
1 Egg
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Jar Pasta Sauce
Chicken
low fat mozarella cheese
Dip chicken in egg – then in bread crumbs
Put in baking dish
Cover with Pasta Sauce & Cheese.
I am on the weight watchers diet and I made this – not to high in cals …. and or fat – was very yummy.
And I still lost weight that week.
I think you bake it at 350 or 400 for like 30 mins.
Very Good

This may not be what you’re looking for but here goes:
try marinating your breasts in Italian dressing at least an hour, but overnight is better. Place them in a foil lined baking pan(to prevent sticking) and bake them in the oven about 375* for about an hour depending on size. I’d flip them over after about 30 mins and baste with the drippings and some extra Italian dressing. Adding some fresh garlic while baking would add great flavor, but season as you prefer. If you want to actually brown the chicken some, put it under the broiler til just toasted after baking. Would be good to serve with rice or pasta.

Easy!!! Take your ckicken, wash it and pat it dry. Place in a foil lined baking pan. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to pan then sprinkle pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika on top. Bake covered (if bone in) 30 minutes (if boneless) 20 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes in a pre-heated 425 degree oven. Very moist and full of flavor.

The best baked chicken recipe EVER!!! It sounds a little weird but it rastes wonderful!!!
INGREDIENTS
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cups sour cream
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
6 tablespoons butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rinse and trim the chicken breasts. Pat dry. Generously coat both sides of each breast with sour cream. Put crushed cornflake crumbs in a shallow plate or bowl and season to taste (I use onion salt and garlic salt). Dip the sour cream coated chicken in the seasoned cornflake crumbs.
Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter/margarine and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, ground cumin and ground mustard.
. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cooked through. On stovetop, take a cucumber and peel, slice in half, seed with a spoon and dice small. Slice an onion into thin half-rings (cut onion in half and slice). Place in cucumber and onion in a saucepan with 1 chicken boullion cube and 1 cup of water and cover. Cook 7-10 minutes or until cucumber is tender and cooked through. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, cook until fragrant. Season cucumber mixture with 1/2 tsp. ground cumin and a 1/2 tsp. ground mustard. Cook 1-2 minutes, stir in 3 tablespoons sour cream. Serve sauce over chicken.
