siraray asked:

I have been to many italian restaurants and cascone’s is one of the best in the missouri area. They have the best amogio chicken. I have been searching the internet for the amogio chicken recipe for a while and I need help to find it if you have it or know of where to find it. That would be of great help.

  1. I found this amogio marinade recipe-

    I hope it helps.

  2. Ok,
    This is what I do:
    Amogio Marinade

    3 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh chopped Italian parsley
    1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Prepare the Amogio by combining the garlic, olive oil, white wine,
lemon juice, parsley, mint, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Reserve
1/2 cup of the marinade and set aside in refrigerator. Cut wings in
half at joint. Place the wings in a large resealable plastic bag. Add
the rest of the Amogio to the chicken and marinate for at least an
hour, preferably overnight, covered, in the refrigerator.

    Amogio is an Italian
marinade. You can marinate the chicken wings for as long as 24 hours.

I use for any meat. Even fish.
